Terms and conditions

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Dutch algemene voorwaarden are legally leading.

These terms apply to all driving lessons, packages and exam support from Rijcoach, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 55177913. By booking a lesson or package, you agree to the terms below.

Lessons & scheduling

A lesson hour lasts 60 minutes; longer blocks are possible by arrangement. Lessons are scheduled by mutual agreement. You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours in advance; after that the lesson is charged in full.

Packages & payment

Packages are paid in full or in three instalments at the start. What each package includes is clearly stated on the packages page. Unused hours are non-refundable once the course is completed.

CBR exam

The CBR practical exam is booked through Rijcoach. For a re-exam we arrange the new application and support again; any additional costs are for the student's account.

Liability

During a lesson the instructor is ultimately responsible for the vehicle. Damage caused by deliberately reckless behaviour or while under the influence may be recovered from the student.
