Privacy statement

Rijcoach respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / in Dutch, AVG). This statement explains what data we collect, why we use it and what rights you have.

What data do we collect?

When you request a trial lesson or contact us, we collect the details you provide yourself: name, email address, phone number, town and any notes. For students we also keep lesson progress and payment details.

What do we use it for?

• Scheduling driving lessons, trial lessons and CBR exams
• Communicating about your driving course
• Invoicing and payment processing
• Legal obligations (e.g. CBR registration)

Retention period

Personal data is kept no longer than necessary. For tax administration we apply the statutory period of 7 years.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and data portability. Email info@rijcoach.com for requests.
