Get your confidence back behind the wheel
Hold a licence but haven't driven in years — or never got used to Dutch roads? A refresher course rebuilds your confidence at your own pace: motorways, roundabouts, parking and the local rules. Taught in English, pick-up across Haarlem and Amsterdam.

Questions
Who is a refresher course for?+
Anyone who holds a licence but hasn't driven for a while — new arrivals adjusting to Dutch roads, people who never drove after passing, or drivers who've lost confidence on motorways or in cities.
Do I need a Dutch licence to take a refresher?+
No. If you hold a valid licence you're allowed to drive, a refresher simply rebuilds your confidence. If you're unsure whether your foreign licence is valid here, see our licence-exchange guide.
How many hours do I need?+
It's flexible — refreshers start from around 6 hours, and we tailor the focus to you (parking, roundabouts, motorways, Dutch road rules). We advise an honest number after a first session.
Is it in English?+
Yes — refresher lessons are taught in English with pick-up across the Haarlem and Amsterdam region.
